This place is a scam, do NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged us with so many things and it just so happened that everything they charged us with came out to exactly $ 825 which was our security deposit. Have the property management the receipt and they STILL charged us $ 155 dollars to clean the carpets. We got our own carpet cleaning company to come out and clean the carpets. My husband and I came down on PCS orders, we did everything they asked. I caught them a couple times doing so because I caught on to their game and stayed home. They tried MULTIPLE times to just «drop» by unexpected.
Yet they wanted to charge me a pet fee for having an unauthorized pet. I was happy with this place until the 2 nd month of living there. I have earned my GRI and Buyers Rep credentials, to include many years of providing relocation services to our military families stationed in Europe.
